Flo integration

Flo currently provides account-data exports including machine-readable JSON. There is no public consumer API we can safely depend on for live sync, so the stable plan is manual logging now + periodic Flo JSON import once we map one of Sanjana's actual exports.

Current working approach

Primary measurable goals: reduce monthly headache/migraine days, reduce severe attacks and disability, reduce rescue-medication days, and eventually simplify medicines that are not demonstrably helping.

Any change to preventive, hormonal, triptan, NSAID or other medical treatment should be made with her treating clinicians.

Privacy & access

This is highly sensitive personal health information. Keep the Cloudflare token and app access key only in Colab Secrets / Cloudflare secrets, never in source files. A Cloudflare Access layer can be added on top of the app-key lock for stronger account-level protection.
